We certainly have all found ourselves in challenging times!
That's why at Gloss, whilst we already take every precaution to
ensure the safety of our clients, we have taken some additional steps
to make sure we are all looking after each other - as outlined below.
We are now welcoming new clients to Gloss again
but, if you are new to us, please respect we will ask you a few questions.
We're doing this to ensure we take steps to help protect
our existing clients as well as ourselves.
We also trust if you are experiencing any symptoms, feel unwell
or have been anywhere recently that may put you at a higher risk,
you will just reschedule so we can all help keep everyone safe and well.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE FOR OUR CLIENTS FROM THE TEAM AT GLOSS SALON RE CoVid-19
At GLOSS SALON we are committed to providing all our clients the best in care – and that’s not just for your hair!
For each of us, ensuring the health and safety of all, is our highest priority.
That’s why in recognition of the current circumstances surrounding the spread of CoVid-19, we are now taking even more steps to ensure the health and safety of everyone on our premises.
How are we responding?
We are already committed to ensuring hygiene is maintained throughout our salon and regularly clean and disinfect our tools, our work areas and our joint facilities. To ensure the comfort of our clients when visiting us, we do offer coffee, tea and water, with all cups being washed in our dishwashers at the highest temperatures.
In response to recent government requirements, and to ensure we protect each and every one of us, we have implemented the following additional measures:
All clients will be required to use the hand sanitiser on entry to and exit from the salon
Our seating area has been readjusted to enable 1.5m distance between clients wherever practical to do so.
All payments to be split into under $100 increments to avoid clients needing to enter their pin if required.
We will be significantly limiting the number of clients in the salon at any one time. Hence, we are only serving existing clients.
Based on our square footage, the requirement is that there is no more than 19 people in the salon at any one time. Please keep this in mind and limit who comes with you to our salon - ideally just yourself - as this can impact our ability to serve you and our other clients. If you are waiting for your appointment, we ask that you be mindful of this requirement and assist us in this regard.
If you are having ANY symptoms, for the protection of both our team and clients, please reschedule your appointment for another time!
Please note that these measures are being made in the interests of ALL our clients and ourselves. We would therefore ask that you respect our need to implement these changes to our way of working to ensure you a continued high level of service at Gloss.
